All items are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand production partners. Because products are created specifically for each order, processing and shipping times may vary slightly.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

  • Canada: approximately 3–10 business days
  • United States: approximately 3–8 business days
  • International: approximately 5–20 business days

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather disruptions
  • High shipping volume periods

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type and fulfillment location.

Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are not controlled by Lucky Duck Brand.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already entered production, we may be unable to make changes or issue refunds.

Delayed Orders

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue.
