Refund & Return Policy

At Lucky Duck Brand, all products are made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong item, color, or style

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right.

Please contact us at sup@luckyduckbrand.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A refund

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier may not qualify for replacement or refund.
