How do I find the right size?
Every product has its own size chart because one-size-fits-all is a lie. Since everything is made to order, double-check the chart on the individual product page before you buy.
Our hats come in one size and are adjustable to fit even your big ass melon.
Production & Shipping
Why does shipping take longer?
Because our clothes are made for YOU! We’re not cranking out fast-fashion clothing where half of it ends up not being purchased. Everything here is made to order, crafted after you click “buy.” Better for the planet, better for you — just a bit slower. But patience is a vacuum, or whatever the hell it is.
How long does production take?
On average: 5–10 business days.
Busy season or viral moment? Could stretch to 15 business days. Cool things take time.
How long does shipping take?
Once your piece is made, shipping usually looks like this:

How do I track my order?
You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Until then, it’s being created by real humans, not elves.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
Yep. Need a different size or colour? No worries — if we can remake it, we will. If not, we’ll sort you out with store credit or a refund.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as your item is:

unwashed
-
not covered in glitter, pet hair, or vibes

exactly how we sent it (tags included)
Are returns free?
Return shipping is on you unless we messed up. If we sent you the wrong thing or something arrived damaged, we’ll make it right.

Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
You’ve got 12 hours after purchasing to change your mind. After that, your order is probably already being made, and stopping it might not be possible. Still, email us — we’ll try.
Payments
What payment methods do you take?
All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and whatever other fancy payment options Shopify supports.
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. Shopify’s encryption is tighter than Ross' leather pants on a date.

Do you offer sales or promotions?
